modification that will be sufficient, unless there has been a recent change of ownership or other encumbrances

regarding the DWP Permit. I notice that it requires a copy of the Deed and Preliminary Title Report. As this is Mall
property, will we still be required to provide this? Also, is there an online source for the TOT2?
