It is much appreciated. Quick question for what we will need to resubmit. The document states that you will need us to submit (3) copies of the Modified Site Plan Diagram which would be Sheets L4.0 & L5.0 which is fine with us, but will you also need us to resubmit the Planting Plans L6.0, Ll.0, L8.0 & L9.0 in order to show that we've planted these newly required islands correctly, or;s this something that you will check with the Building Permit package? Any information would be helpful. We are still planning to submit for Building Permits tomorrow so we will go ahead and address the conditions of approval at this point. We should then be able to submit the Modified Site Plans for the Site Review Application package later in the week. Hi Tina, there is a fee for an LDAP and it's based on the volume of excavation and import material. Todd Singleton with the City's LDAP program is the contact person and he can send you a calculation table for estimating the'fee. I have copied him on this email for reference. Regarding the 1200-C LUCS statement, my recommendation is to hold off on signing because the land use decision hasn't been issued yet; however, I am hoping to get it issued by the end of the week. Attaching the land use decision findings will ensure the lUCS statement is checked off as "complies".
