I need to make a few revisions to the LDAP fee schedule before I send it off. After I make the revisions, I want to do a
couple of trial runs to make sure the numbers are correct. Are you in a hurry to get this? I can probably have it ready

Hi Tina, there is a fee for an LDAP and it's based on the volume of excavation and import material. Todd Singleton with
the City's LDAP program is the contact person and he can send you a calculation table for estimating the fee. I have
copied him on this email for reference.
Regarding the 1200-C LUCS statement, my recommendation is to hold off on signing because the land use decision
hasn't been issued yet; however, I am hoping to get it issued by the end of the week. Attaching the land use decision
findings will ensure the LUCS statement is checked off as "complies".

The Public Works Development Review section has reviewed the materials provided With the
subject application. The required findings and conditions outlined below are provided for your
implementation into the land use decision.
General
Finding: Approval of this proposal would allow a new Cabela's retail store (tenant infill),
loading dock relocation, and parking lot modifications at Gateway Mall. The entire development
site is located on Tax Lot 02219 of Map 17-03-22-00.
Sanitary Sewer Svstem:
Finding: The development will occur as a tenant infill to an existing shopping center with a
functioning sanitary sewer system and will not significantly change or increase the effluent from
