Re: Gateway Mall: Request to Remove Wheel Stops
Dear Mr. Limbird,
Anached are revised civil site plan exhibits that reflect our request to remove the wheel stops previously
shown on our approved permij drawings.
As discussed during our phone call on February 15~, we determined that wheel stops could be removed
at the following locations.
1. Parking stalls along the west side facing the drainage culvert.
2. Islands with trees.
3. ADA spaces in front of theater. (GGP will install these).
Areas are defined on the anached exhibits. GGP will maintain the wheel stops in the landscaped area
directly in front of the Cabela's store, the area adjacent to the pedestrian sidewalk at the north end of the
property, and the ADA spaces in front of the theater.
Please let me know ~ any additional information is needed to finalize the approval of this request.
