The Cabela's plan seem fine, and all of public works concern are addressed. Specifically:
Stormwater is already treated for the mall as a whole by the existing swale
Total impervious surface does not appear to increase
The new truck dock will be covered and hydraulically isolated with a drain to sanitary sewer
