Andy, I took it in and it had signatures (although not original) (but the application didn't state original) so I took it in. He
also said .that scoping sheet and storm info was not required per you. I hope so because I took it in without it. This was
my first Accela intake and it went fine (Deyette coached me through the process). Hope Sabrina is doing as well as can

I have requested the original signature. It is coming from Chicago so it will be a few days.
It shou~dn't hold up the application process? I assume the signature is verification that the
owner actually knows something is going on on his property and he has agreed to it? To be
sure no: one is working on land they don't own?
And in this case we know it isn't true.
So, wel.Jill get that as soon as possible.
Also, let me know as you find other issues and we will jump on it.

Hi Carol, I'm working offsite right now so I forwarded the scan to our Planners on Duty.
Unforturately, it is standard practice to reject submittals that do not have an original
signature on the application page, so I don't know if the rest of the application package was
accepted. I guess I'll find out tomorrow!
