Gateway Mall Cabela's Minor Site Plan Modification (TYP 110-0000 I)
Planning is reviewing a Minor Site Plan Modification application for a new Cabela's retail store
(tenant infill), loading dock relocation, and 'parking lot modifications at the Gateway Mall. Staff
p'reviously held meetings with the Gateway Mall management group and the applicant's project
team on April 6, July 2, and July 22, 20 I O.
Comments from staff are requested by September I, 20 I 0 to ensure the staff report and
decision on this application can be issued in a timely fashion. Conditions of approval as may be
required to address drainage, water quality protection, fire access and other issues can be
attached to the land use decision. If you have any questions on this application, please contact

Good morning,
The application you sent me is for the Planning dept and although we do need that, we also need the Structural permit
application. When Ryan Nossaman .came in to our offj~e on Wednesday he had both of the required forms. I calculated
the required plan review fee for him and he left with possession of all submittal documents. He was to obtain a check for

the initial fee and return to submit. Getting back to your question - yes, we will need both applications for each of the 2
phases your project is occurring in. let me know if there's anything else I can assist you with.
