In your memo to Destin Ferdun regarding ODOT Application No. 1039S & 10396 for the Brethern Afiya Apartments
development on Main Street in Springfield, you requested copies of the Final Site Plan approved by the City of
Springfield. Attached is the Final Site Plan, along with the Civil details that document the irrevocable joint use, access,
and maintenance easement and agreement. I have also attached the easement document. Please note that while the
Site Plan decision, Case No. DRC2009-00029, requested that the applicant record this easement prior to Final Site Plan
approval, the applicant expressed concern regarding recording the easement prior to construction for several reasons.
Therefore, I have agreed that recording of the easement can take place 'Prior to Occupancy: so the notes on the plan
set refer to the easement to be recorded. The attached easement document is what will be recorded. Please let me
know if you have any questions. Thanks!
