Subject: Afiya Final Site Plan
Hi all,
The City has received the Final Site Plan materials for the Afiya Apartments development (Case No. DRC2009-00029). If
you recall, there was also a concurrent Property Line Adjustment and Tree Felling Permit associated with this
development. Attached are the DRAFT public and private easement documents and specs/maintenance plan for the
FloGard catch basins. Please review the attached documents and let me know if you approve of the proposed language
in these documents before they record them. Also, please let me know if all of the Conditions of Approval associated with
your applicable areas that required action prior to Final Site Plan approval have been met and if you are ok with me
approving the Final Site Plan. I would like to get this out the door as soon as possible, so please get back to me with your
response no later than Friday. If you need to see the Final Site Plan sets, let me know. Once I approve the Final Site
Plan, I will give signed copies of the plan sets to Transportation & Engineering. Thanks!
