Additional Permits with Variables:

$ Based On Fixture Count, and Length of Water, Storm and Sewer Lines
$ Based On Temporary Service, Permanent Service, Number of Circuits, etc...
After LDAP, Planning and Public Works Fees are entered for a subtotal,
there is a 5% Technology Fee and 12% State Surcharge added.
