Thank you for calling about the potential mistake on the church area in the parking summary for the Afiya Apartments.
You were correct; I had missed somehow missed a portion of the area on the second fioor. These area figures include
everything on both floors. (Area for stairs is counted twice; the second floor overhang is accounted for; and all storage is
included as well.) So these area figures. should account for everything. I also found a minor spreadsheet formula error for
the proposed (.25 space per unit) calculation for the existing 13 units. So I corrected that as well. The modified cells are
highlighted in the attached revised spreadsheet.
