On the question of whether theL TD Bus Stop sign and pad can move close to the fire hydrant as
shown on Plan Sheet A 101; this can b.e done as long as the sign and pad are no closer than 10 feet
from the edge or circumference of the fire hydrant. Oregon Revised Statute 811.550(16) prohibits
parking within 10 feet of a fire hydrant. ..
