The referenced application was submitted on January 21, 2011. I need to clarify which Lots you want
to use. Based on our conversations and the information. in your application, I have created this list and
map. Please verify these are the Lots involved in your proposal.

In addition, no ownership information (title reports or deeds) was submitted. Springfield
Development Code 5.4-105 requires verification of ownership (title report) for all property involved in
a land use application. In this case, that would be 8 separate title reports. That seems excessive, since
the cost of the title reports would exceed the cost of the planning application. Further, the new activity
will be primarily located on only two lots.
Lots 2 and 10 will contain the majority of the new use (stockpiling and crushing), so a title report for
these two Lots will comply with the Springfield Development Code.
Once I receive this information, I can proceed with the review.
