Grantee.
WITNESSETH: In Consideration of the acceptance by Grantee and the use or holding of said easement for
present or future public use by Grantee, Grantors hereby grant, bargain, sell and convey unto the Grantee, a
perpetual easement ~ feet in width, together with the right to go upon said easement area hereinafter
described in Exhibit "A- for the purpose of constructing, reconstructing, maintaining and using PUBLIC UTILITIES
which may hereafter be installed on the following described property, to-wit:

EXHIBIT "A"
The most southerly 5.00 feet of the following descr~bed tract:
Beginning at a point 1178.56 feet South and 830.12 feet East of the Northwest
corner of the D. McVay Donation Land Claim No. 82 in Section 34 in Township
17 South, Range 3 West of the Willamette Meridian, and run thence South 860
06' West 203.08 feet along the Southerly line of the existing roadway to a 5/8
inch iron bar; thence. South 20 16' East 118.6 feet to the Northerly right of
way line of the Southern Pacific 'Railway; thence South 630 421 West 41.82
feet; thence West 123.8 feet; thence leaving the railway right of way and
run North 302.28 feet; thence East 320.15 feet; thence South 140 30' East
146.45 feet to the point of beginning, in Lane County, Oregon.
EXCEPTING THEREFROM that portion of the above tract, if any,
lying North of the boundary line established in that certain
agreement recorded on January 17, 1955, Reception No. 4724~,
Lane County Oregon Deed Records, all in Lane County, Oregon.
AND also the west 5.00 feet of the previously described tract, for a length of 200 feet, more or less,
beginning at the southeast corner of said tract and continuing north to the extended south.line of the
following described tract:
The East Fifty (50) feet of the North half of Lot 10 of the Plat of Brooklyn,
as platted and recorded in Book 2, Page 48, Lane County Oregon Plat Records,
in Lane County, Oregon.
