Appears to be satisfied. Applicant will provided adequate hydraulic isolation for the storm drain area within site restrictions (the existing site location does not have a sanitary sewer that can be connected to the site). 2. Appears to be satisfied. The attached PUE dedication letter does not have a city surveyor (Dennis Ernst) signature or stamp on it. 3. Appears to be satisfied. 4. Appears to be satisfactory. Applicant has put in numerous measures to insure runoff water quality is maintained. Applicant has instated procedures to ensure that there is no large source of contamination on site that could overwhelm the proposed system, and adequate hydraulic isolation is provided in the event of a large spill. 5. Appears to be satisfied. The cutoff valve will provide hydraulic isolation to allow spill to be cleaned up before the contaminated water is released. 6. Appears to be satisfied. The spill control and long term maintenance plan for the water quality measures are adequate. 7. Appears to be satisfied. Applicant has provided detail planting plan and seed list for bio-swale and infiltration basin. 8. Appears to be satisfied. This is a standard condition for getting vegetated treatment established and functional.
