CREATION OF NON-EXCLUSIVE
EASEMENT OF INGRESS/EGRESS
Sycan B Corp., being the owner of the following described property:
ATTACHED EXHIBIT A
by this document creates a non-exclusive easement for the purpose
, of ingress and egress to and from legal lots abutting the easement
which is located on and over the following described property:
,ATTACHED EXHIBIT B
It being the intent of the above described easement to benefit the
current and future owners of that property described in Exhibit A
said easement cannot be vacated without written consent of all then
current owners of record of legal lots abutting the easement or
recorded extensions thereof. This easement runs with the land and
is binding on all successors, heirs and assigns.
The responsibility to maintain said easement shall
land on which it is located.
