Dear Homeowner,
During the process of filing our building permits I discovered this permit did not
have a signature from the supervising electrician. Oregon law requires that all .
electrical permits have this signature.
If you are hiring someone to do the work, please have them fill the contractor
information out and return it to our office. If you are going to do the work
yourself, go ahead and sign that line yourself.
I'~pologize for your inconvenience. A self-addressed, stamped envelope is
included.
