Descriotion
ELECTRICAL
Discontinue use of extension cords in lieu of oermanent wirina.
Each outlet box shall have D cover faceplate or fixture canaDY.
Maintain 30 inches clearance in front of electrical panel.
Maintain wirina in oood condition and protect from damaoe.
Discontinue use of non.aporoved multi-plua adaPters.
EXITS
Remove unapproved locks or latches from exit doors.
Unlock all exit doors durina business hours.
Remove obstructions from exits. aisles. corridors. and stairways.
Repair or maintain eltit door and hardware to ooerate properly.
EXIT LIGHTING
Maintain Iightina for ellit shms.
Provide liphting for corridors. stairways. and exterior stairways.
Exits shall be illuminated at all times the buildinQ is occupied.
FIRE EXTliIlGUISHERS
Provide eJttinpuishers of minimum ratina.
Mount extinauisher where readily available. with top not hiaher than 5 feet.
Post sians indicatina location where extinpuishers are not readilv visible.
Service and tao each extinauisher annuallv and after use.
FIRE PROTECTION AND ALARM SYSTEMS
Maintain access to and operation of standoipes. fire hose. sprinkler valves and fire hydrants.
Inspect and test sprinlder system and maintain records.

Provide and maintain smoke detectors in proper operating condition.
