This office has received a complaint regarding the parking and storage
of numerous vehicles and equipment associated with your business at the
above referenced site.
I am writing to inform you that this property is zoned AGT (Agricultural,
Timber, and Grazing), This zone permits the operation of certain small-
scale business activity provided the activity complies with the require-
ments and limitations of rural home occupations and does not exceed the
standards fo a minor rural home occupation. If the activity exceeds the
standards of a minor rural home occupation a Conditional Use Permit is
required. (Copy of ordinance attached for your reference).
The complaint states you have more than two vehicles or trailers associated
with your business on the site. This exceeds the standards for minor rural
home occupations and constitutes a violation of Lane County's zoning
ordinance.
Please be advised your immediate attention to this matter is required.
Compliance with the rural home occupation ordinance must be accomplished
within 30 days of receipt of this letter or enforcement action will be
i niti ated.
