KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS that Mortgage Electronic Registration
Systems, Inc (MERS), is the beneficiary, by assignment, in the amount of$120,000.00 to
property referred to in a certain Deed of Trust recorded August, 26, 2005, Reception No.
2005-067301 and Assignment of Deed of Trust recorded September 8, 2005, Reception
No. 2005-070540, Lane County Official Records, Lane County, Oregon. Said
Assignment of Deed of Trust identifies Countrywide Financial Corporation as the loan
servicer per MERS Mortgage Identification Number (MIN: 1000157-0005679838-8).
FURTHER, said property is being Partitioned according to Oregon Revised Statutes.
NOW THEREFORE, Countrywide Financial Corporation, on behalf of Mortgage
Electronic Registration Systems, Inc (MERS) hereby gives their consent and concurrence
to the Partitioning of said property.
