RE: Dukes & Dukes-SUB 20010-00006 .--Comments #2
Aaron,
*1 just saw your email after creating this one. I would modify yours slightly, but if you read the following you'll
understand, and I won't have to rewrite it all. @ I do believe we're fitting closely to the same page.
For the Attorney in Fact info you requested....see the Notary Guide
(htto://www.filinginoregon.com/forms/odf/notarv guide/2011%20Notarv%20Guide.odf) has some help on page 42 for
explanation and for a fair example on page 54... but read on.
I called the Notary office in Salem, and they did say that Ken will have to sign twice, once for himself, and once as the
. attorney in fact for Marcella.. The signature lines can remained printed the same, I understand, but when he signs he
should sign her name and then his name followed by "as attorney-in-fact".
You could have two notary certificates, or a single modified one. If you did the single one, I would just say something
like, "Appeared personally before me, Ken Dresser as himself and as the attorney in fact for Marcella Hall, both of
whom are trustees of the AB McGuire Trust..." and then I believe the rest of the present notary looks good.
Be sure to bring in the proof of the power of ottorney with the other documents.
Sincerely,
fon-

Larry and Aaron,
I did have a chance to look over the paper copies, and the separate docs look fine. Really the only extra thing before you
make the mylars is to please change the narrative's second paragraph by swapping "Lynettes Happy Homes" with "A & L

Thank you for pushing hard on a hot item that has a nest of other "non-survey" issues. (B1W: I was going to mention
the city liens, but I checked, and they have been paid. Please bring in a new title report, which Joseph Silence is
preparing with the lien removed.) I look forward to seeing your final application. (Please see attached for necessary
documents.) ,
Sincerely,

Larry & Aaron,
Our field crew went out Monday and found more evidence in the field. The found the PK nail you found (-0.30 tenths
off from the record ties). They had calculated the OLe to be S 4S" E 0.27 feet of the found PK, so he looked, and there
hidden in the asphalt was a small nail with very old ribbon, as is seen in the attached picture.
I thought this would be of interest and perhaps value to you.
Sincerely,
f'o~
