As per our conversation on 1/24/11 regarding the McGuire Trust partition (formerly Dukes & Dukes) here are some
concerns with the revised pial.
1. The Title Block should reflect the new owners McGuire Trust or Dresser & Hall.
2. The revised plat is using a PK Nail of unknown origin and another point which is being held as a DLC corner, but states
that there are no longer any monuments there.
3. The City lien will need to be satisfied before recording.
