Robert: Earlier this morning I met on-site with the project group for the former Dukes Construction duplex dwellings at
744-758 28'h Street. The applicant is still mulling over their options for completing site landscaping and stormwater
management facility work on the site. Right now the project is not in compliance with the approved plans. The
applicant might submit for a 5ite Plan Modification which will necessitate a 2-3 week review period for the decision to
be issued. I'll let you know if there is any update to this situation, but please hold off on reissuance of occupancy until
this situation is resolved. Thanks
