Status of Final Plat for Property at 744-758 28th Street
Jon: A final partition plat application has been submitted for property currently addressed as 744-758 28th Street (Map
17-03-36-i1, Tax Lot 11300). At this time, Planning is not prepared to sign the mylar and is holding it in abeyance
pending completion of required site improvements. Staff has been discussing the necessary steps for completion of the
approved site plan (Case DRC200S-00072) with the property owner/trustee, but as of yet there has not been a
satisfactory resolution of this matter. The property owner withdrew a proposed landscaping plan revision and has
requested extra time to consider their options for completing the site improvements and obtaining building occupancy.
In the interim, staff does not support signing and recording the partition plat - potentially creating two separate
ownership interests - until the site plan deficiencies are satisfactorily resolved.
