Re: Submittal of Final Plat Application for Schulz---Planning No. SUB 2008-00054
Dear Steve,
We now have the City Surveyor's approval for submitting the Final Partition Application. Enclosed is the
original of said approval, original of the signed Final Partition Application and our client's check in the
amount of $2810.85 for the application fee.
Also attached are copies of the following items for final city approvals and action:
I. The signed and sealed partition mylars.
2. One copy of the mylar on bond paper.
3. Two copies of a Preliminary Title Report from Fidelity National Title Company of Oregon
dated as of April 18, 2011.
4. The signed original, and one copy, of the "Declaration of Joint Use Private Access and Joint
Use Utility Easement and Agreement".
5. The signed original, and one copy, of the "Amended Private 15.00-Foot Wide Sanitary Sewer
Easement and Agreement".
6. The signed original, and one copy, of the "Declaration of Private Easements and Maintenance
Agreement".
7. The signed original, and one copy, of the "Exclusive Public Emergency Vehicle Access
Easement".
8. The Notice of "Surveying Approval" signed by Jon Driscoll.
9. Two copies of the vesting deed.
The Tax Pre-Pay has been made and certified; and Jon Driscoll is in possession of the partition and
document originals.
Please notifY us when the mylars and documents are ready for our transmittal to Lane County.
