Building Permit COM2003-00364 for tenant in fill work will be able to be 'ssued by July
2,2003. The work in the Nugget Way right-of-way will not be able to be {lerformed until
the issuance ofa Lane County Facilities Permit. A copy of the permit will[heed to be
submitted to the City of Springfield to complete the requirements of Mininlum
Development Standards Review DRC2003-000l5.
