Performed visual inspection on two (2) fabricated 3" x 3" x 12' structural steel Glu-Lam support columns.
Completed welds were checked for size, length, profile and location.
Myers Fabrication representative was asked to notify our office when additional services are needed.
To the best of our knowledge, the work checked is in conformance with shop drawings and applicable
AWS 01.1 code, except if noted above.
