Performed visual inspection on' puddle welding and button punching on sheet metal decking at the
mezzanine between grid lines A and B, from 4 to 5. Completed welds were checked for size and location.
Note: deck units only had three (3) welds per sheet in lieu of four (4) as specified in the plans. Jim
(MBSI) was advised additional weld or EOR approval is required for final acceptance.
Jim (MBSI) was asked to notify our office when additional services are needed. .
To the best of our knowledge, the work checked is in conformance with structural drawings and applicable
AWS 01.3 code. except if noted above.
