Inspection of: Reinforcing Steel Weather: Overcast Continuous Inspection: 0
Contractor: Triad Mechanical BPNo.: SPR 2010-00041 Periodic Inspection: 0
Performed preliminary reinforcing steel inspection for gullet wall extensions in N4 and
south side of N5. Reinforcing steel was checked for size, grade, laps, quantities,
locations, ties, clearance and supports. A final inspection will be performed prior to
concrete placement.
To the best of our knowledge, the work in-progress was in accordance with plans dated
08/2010 and applicable workmanship provisions of the I.B.C., except if noted above.
