Performed' continuous inspection during the installation of thirteen (13) 5/8" x 16"
stainless steel all-thread dowels into concrete wall and slab at each of the three (3)
clearwell wall penetrations, thirty-nine (39) total. Prior to installation, the predrilled
holes were cleaned with a brush and compressed air. Verified minimum embedment
depth of 5" into wall and 6" into slab. Dowels were secured with Hilti Hit RE 500SD
(ICC - ES ESR 2322/ expiration date 08/2011).
To the best of our knowledge, the work inspected was in accordance with plans dated
08/2010 and applicable workmanship provisions of the I.B.C., except if noted above.
