Inspection of: Reinforcing Steel Weather: Overcast Continuous Inspection: 0
Contractor: Triad Mechanical BPNo.: SPR 2010-00041 Periodic Inspection: iii
Performed preliminary reinforcing steel inspection for walkway at top of north wali and
gullet wall extensions in 4N and north side of 5N. Reinforcing steel was checked for
size, grade, laps, quantities, locations, ties, clearance and supports. A final inspection
will be performed prior to concrete placement.
To the best of our knowledge, the work in-progress was in accordance with plans dated
08/2010 and applicable workmanship provisions of the !.B.C., except if noted above.
