Inspection of: Reinforced Concrete Weather: Overcast Continuous Inspection: 0
Contractor: Triad Mechanical BPNo.: SPR 2010-00041 Periodic Inspection: 0
Performed final reinforcing steel inspection for walkway at top of north wall of fiiter N6;
three (3) gullet wall extensions, two (2) in N6 and the north side of N5. A preliminary
reinforcing steel inspection was performed on 03-18-11 (ref: FEI report E-27944).
Observed the placement of 8.0 yards of Eugene Sand and Gravel 4350 psi (4000 psi
required) concrete (mix 324365) into areas noted above. Concrete was placed by
pump and was mechanically consolidated. Cast one (1) set of four (4) 4" x 8" concrete
test cylinders. Slump - 5"; air temperature - 36F; concrete temperature - 72F; air
content - 5.0%.
Greg (Triad Mechanical) and Steve (EWEB) were advised of the on-site test results.
To the best of our knowledge, the work inspected was in accordance with plans dated
08/2010 and applicable workmanship provisions of the I.B.C., except if noted above.
