Description of Project: Remodel existing space of an M/S-l/ B occupancy
This certificate granting Temporary occupancy is issued pursuant to the requirements of section 308(d)
of the Springfield Building Safety Codes Administrative Code for the structure located at 2800 Gateway,
City Job number 811-SPR2010-00257.
This Temporary occupancy is valid until Apri/30, 2011. All items specified belo~ must be completed
within this time period. If the~e items are not completed, inspected and approved within this time
period, the Temporary Occupancy will be revoked and the building shall be vacated immediately.
Conditions for use:
1) Install and inspection of the canopy at the main entry to store.
2) F{nal connection and required test to ensure operation of generator is correct.
3) All interior shelv;ng / racking system is installed and inspected. The system must be approved by
plan review, and installation completed and approved prior to opening.
4) Provide inspection of the storm system from the roof.
5) Provide air balance test for the required mechanical system.
T his Temporary Certificate of Occupancy shall be posted in a conspicuous. place on the premises and
shall not be removed except by the B.uilding Official or his designee.
