Scope of Project: Jackson Food Stores, Inc. of Meridian, Idaho currently owns the fuel station and convenience store at 3375 Gateway St. The existing convenience store is 989 square feet. It is the desire ofthe owners of Jackson Food Store to demolish the existing convenience store and to construct a new 3500 square foot convenience store. There will be three eight hour shifts of three employees each.
