Hi Damien, the tentative site plan approval was issued today - subject to conditions - and the mailed land use decision
should reach your office by tomorrow. The only notable Transportation issue is maintaining vision clearance triangles at
the site driveways. Upon review, if there are any questions about the staff report and decision please contact me.

The property owner is asking about the status of the application. Did you ever hear anything from Transportation on
completeness review? I assume the site review application was deemed complete when accepted for site review, but
want to make sure the City isn't waiting for me on transportation related items. When would you expect to have a
decision?
