DECLARATION OF PROPERTY LINE ADJUSTMENT
RECITALS:
Syrnantec Corporation ("Syrnantec") is the owner of the real property (''Parcel 1")
deScribed in that certain deed recorded April 6, 2001, as Document No. 2001-019540 of the Lane
County Deeds and Records in Lane County, Oregon, and as described in the legal description
attached hereto as Exhibit A.
Syrnantec is also the owner of the real property ("Parcel 2") described in that certain deed
, recorded June 15, 2005, as Document No. 2005-043775 of the Lane County Deeds and Records
in Lane County, Oregon, and as described in the legal description attached hereto as Exhibit B,
Parcel 1 and Parcel 2 are adjoining parcels of real property. Pursuant to that certain
Declaration of Covenant executed on [jtIl'l-'t' 10 fa.. 1, 2006, and recorded on
[\--\1\'-1" ~O 1. 2006 as Document'No. r ;}ai.-">,7C1'T.3 1 of the Lane County Deeds and
Records in Lane County, OR, Symantec desires to adjust the boundary line between Parcell and
Parcel 2 to comply with the land use regulations of the City of Springfield, Oregon, the
provisions of ORS 92.190 (4), and Condition of Approval No.8 of DRC#2005-00047, approved
on August 5, 2005, and executed on August 22, 2005.
DECLARATIONS:
1. Declaration of Prooertv Line Adjustment. Syrnantec hereby declares the
adjustment of the common boundary between Parcel 1 and Parcel 2, resulting in (i) post-
adjustment Parcel I, as more particularly described on Exhibit C attached hereto, and (ii) post-
adjustment Parcel 2, as more particularly described on Exhibit D attached hereto.
2. Adiusted Boundarv. The adjusted houndary line between Parcell and Parcel 2
is underlined in the legal descriptions provided on Exhibit C and Exhibit D attached hereto,
3. Consideration. No consideration was paid for the conveyance described herein.
