Mark,
It is mostly automotive supply fluids such as oil, antifreeze, and transmission fluid. I have attached the
HMMP - the HMIS starts on page 10.
Thanks!

Do you know what they are storing in the store pertaining to the DWP?
Thank you

Subject: FW: Jacksons Food Store # 112
Mark and Gilbert,
The new convenience store at jacksons on Gateway is required through its DWP permit to put down a
liquid-tight floor (we did not require them to de~ign the floor to provide secondary containment, but it is
supposed to be liquid-tight and chemical resistant). They originally proposed a coating over the concrete
and then tile over the concrete. They are concerned that the 3D-day curing time is too long and would
like to switch to the products listed below (see attached). The concrete would no longer be sealed, and
the proposed sealing product would be just on the grout, with no protection over the porcelain. My sense
is that this is inadequate, but I told them that the standard we adhere to is the fire dept standard and that
I would refer to your judgment. I don't have a sense of how permeable the porcelain tile is.
I'd love to hear your thoughts on this one.
Thanks,

Amy,
Due to slow concrete curing rates this time of the year and the Devmat111 epoxy required curing time of 30 days we
would like to substitute the epoxy coating under the porcelain tile with an epoxy grout between the tiles in order to meet
our opening schedule.
The approved system was as follows:
5" concrete slab over "moistop" moisture barrier.
Devmat111 epoxy paint over concrete slab
thin set mortar over epoxy
Dal-tile Porcelain tile and sand grout wi sealer over thin set.
The proposed substitute would be as follows:
5" concrete slab over "moistop" moisture barrier.
Laticrete 4237 Latex Thin Set
Dal-tile Porcelain tile and an epoxy Laticrete Spectra Lock PRO Grout (requires no sealer)
Your consideration of this substitution is greatly appreciated,
