Changes to Jackson's HMMP
Mark,
Here are the items we discussed over the phone just now:
. The HMMP should include all information related to the three existing tanks and the new one.
. The above-ground storage areas need to have secondary containment. HMMP should indicate
how that will be provided. This includes all items in storage and any items for retail sale that are
kept outside.
. HMMP should describe how catch basins will be protected. Drain mats should be kept outside.
Procedures should describe protection of catch basins.

. The procedure for ensuring that landscaping chemicals don't have DNAPLs is to send MSDSs to
me.
As we said on the phone, you can send me the revisions electronically before you produce final copies of
the HMMP.
