I have contracted with Bergeson-Bose & Associates, Inc. to assist us with this project If you're not
familiar, they are an environmental consulting firm based out of Wilson vi lie with an office in Coburg.
Mark Riedel-Bash will submit a HMMP and HMIS next Wednesday. He will also include a proposed
ground water monitoring plan also. Please contact me either email or cell phone (208) 841-0496
once you have had an opportunity to review the submittals.

Thank you for submitting a copy of your HMMP.
Andy Limbird has sent you a copy of the DWP permit and decision in the mail. However, I am sending it
here as an attachment because most of my comments in response to your HMMP related directly to the.
findings and conditions in this permit.
After you have had the opportunity to review the permit, I'd like to go through it with you in relation to
the HMMP. I will be in the office until 4:00 PM today ifit is convenient for you to call. Ifnot, perhaps we
can set up a time that works for you.
