RE: Jacksons Food Store - 3375 Gateway Street Thanks Amy - I will change the Building Permit and DWP file status to "OK" for the SUB Water Quality inspection. However, I believe there are other action items they need to complete before the City can sign-off on the final building inspection. Hope this didn't mess up your afternoon schedule! I did inspect this afternoon at Jackson's and am satisfied that DWP conditions have been met. I just called Richard Wright from Jackson's and advised him to contact Robert. He was completely unaware that he needed a final from Robert. Thanks for your great partnership. Amy Amy E. From: UMBIRD Andrew Sent: Thursday, 'May 20, 2010 11:4B AM To: CASTILE Robert Subject: Jacksons Food Store - 3375 Gateway Street Robert: The gas bar owner is requesting commencement of operations for the recently-installed underground diesel tank, but SUB Water Quality still has to perform an inspection of the site and obtain groundwater monitoring information from the applicant in accordance with their Drinking Water Protection Permit (Case DRC201O-00006). I have made an additional notation in the Building Permit file in Tidemark (COM2010-00051) to indicate that this inspection is required prior to issuance of occupancy and commencement of operations for the diesel fueling. The latest Tidemark entry is for a couple days ago and the status has been finaled, so I don't believe that all final Building and Fire inspections have been completed. Please let me know if you have any questions. Thanks Andy 2 - Oat;:, f~eceived:#LL- Planner: AL
