L1MBIRD Andrew From: Sent: To: Subject: L1MBIRD Andrew Thursday, May 20,20101:41 PM CARPENTER Christopher FW: Jacksons Food Store - 3375 Gateway Street Chris: The applicant claims that you gave them the green light to open...do they need any final inspections or are they good to go? They haven't finished all oftheir required water protection inspections yet, so SUB is asking them to wait until everything is complete. Let me know where this stands with Building Division. Thanks Andy From: LIMBIRD Andrew Sent: Thursday, May 20, 2010 11:48 AM To: CASTILE Robert Subject: Jacksons Food Store - 3375 Gateway Street Robert: The gas bar owner is requesting commencement of operations for the recently-installed underground diesel tank, but SUB Water Quality still has to perform an inspection of the site and obtain groundwater monitoring information from the applicant in accordance with their Drinking Water Protection Permit (Case DRC2010-00006). I have made an additional notation in the Building Permit file in Tidemark (COM2010-00051) to indicate that this inspection is required prior to issuance of occupancy and commencement of operations for the diesel fueling. The latest Tidemark entry is for a couple days ago and the status has been finaled, so I don't believe that all final Building and Fire inspections have been completed. Please let me know if you have any questions. Thanks Andy 1 J&a i'~eceived: )/Jo/Joto Planner: AL / /
