RE: HMMP permit application
Mr. Davis: In accordance with the Drinking Water Protection permit issued for this site (Case DRC201O-00006), the
HMMP, HMIS, second'ary containment measures, and groundwater monitoring plan must be acceptable to SUB Water
Quality Protection before construction can commence. Upon confirmation from Ms. Chinitz that the submittals are
acceptable, the City can issue building permits for the underground tank installation. Please let me know if you have any
questions or require additional information. Thanks

I reviewed the HMMP submittal and provided comments back to Mark from 8&8. He sent revisions on
Tuesday. I have not had a chance to review them yet, but it is one of the next two projects in my queue.

I am inquiring if you have had an opportunity to review the latest submittal from our consultant?
We're very anxious to get this project moving forward. If there is anything I can do to facilitate the

I 'have contracted with Bergeson-Bose & Associates, Inc. to assist us with this project. If you're not
familiar, they are an environmental consulting firm based out of Wilson vi lie with an office in Coburg,
Mark Riedel-Bash will submit a HMMP and HMIS next Wednesday, He will also include a proposed
ground water monitoring plan also. Please contact me either email or cell phone (208) 841-0496

Thank you for submitting a copy of your HMMP.
Andy Limbird has sent you a copy of the DWP permit and decision in the mail. However, I am sending it
here as an attachment because most of my comments in response to your HMMP related directly to the
findings and conditions in this permit.
After you have had the opportunity to review the permit, I'd like to go through it with you in relation to
the HMMP. I will be in the office until 4:00 PM today if it is convenient for you to call. If not, perhaps we
can set up a time that works for you.
