Dear Valued Customer,
Our records indicate that we have made several attempts to schedule your Permit
inspections and we have not been able to reach you. Horne Comfort Heating will no
longer be handling your permit process and closeout. This letter is to inform you that it is
now your responsibility. We will be forwarding a copy ofthis letter to the issuing permit
agency for their records.
Any additional extension fees, permit fees and penalties may and most likely will apply
for each type of permit issued on your address we performed the work at. In some cases,
open permits on your address will prohibit other permitted work to be held up until this
permit(s) is resolved.
Home Comfort is not fmancially. responsible for additional permit expenses or work due
to any new code changes that take affect after the permit(s) expiration date.
If the inspector requires any corrections to our original scope of work, please call
Bethany Pettijohn at (541) 345-2838 ext 316 and she will schedule the work
correction(s).
