Witnessed the installation of four (4) 5/8" x 6" Red Head Tru Bolt wedge anchors for the
store front porthole frame (ref: 2/S4.1). Prior to installation, the predrilled holes were
cleaned with compressed air and a nylon brush. Verified minimum embedment depth
of 2 3/4". Anchors were installed and tightened with a calibrated torque wrench set at
90 ft.llbs.
To the best of our knowledge, the work inspected was in accordance with drawings
dated 07-07-10 and applicable workmanship provisions of the I.B.C., except if noted
above.
