Inspection of: Epoxy Dowels Weather: Partly Sunny Continuous Inspection: 0

Performed continuous inspection durin9 the installation of epoxy dowels as follows:
forty-six (46) #5 vertical hooks into top of north wall of filter N6 for walkway attachment,
(6" embedment); twerty'three (23) 5/8" hooked stainless steel all-thread in the north
wall of filter N6 for,gulletwall extension (5" embedment); thirty-six (36) #5 x 12" dowels
into filters N4, N51'~nd N6, twelve (12) at each location for filter waste gate installation
(5" embedment)..:,F'rior to installation, the predrilled holes were cleaned with a brush
and compressed 'air;'Verified minimum embedment depths as noted above. Dowels
were secured with Hilti Hit RE 500SD (ICC - ES ESR 2322/ expiration date 09/2011).
To the best of our knowledge, the work inspected was in accordance with plans dated
08/2010 and applicable workmanship provisions of the I.B.C., except if noted above.
