SPECIFIC VIOLATION/REQUIRED CORRECTION:
. Section 8.218(3) Banner and Portable Sign Pennits. A banner and/or portable sign is being used at this location without
obtaining the required penni\. Because the sign(s) is already in use, a pennit must be obtained from the Development
Services Department and the sign(s) removed at the expiration date of the penni\. Failure to obtain a penn it will result in
the issuance of a civil infraction citation. Simply removing the signs does not resolve the violation, a penn it for must
be obtained because the sign is already in use. Officer hours to obtain a pennit are between 8:00 a.m. - noon and 1:00-
3:00 p.m.

duration of the penni\.

INFRACTION CITATION WILL BE ISSUED.
