Dear Mr. Brooks;
In order to correct discrepancies in existing addresses, insure proper
delivery of mail, and to facilitate the Fire and Police Departments, the
Building Division has made the following adjustments to the address of
your property located at 4395 Forsythia, and is hereby changing it ,to
4394 Forsythia effective immediately,
You are therefore requested to use said address in the future on the
building and mailbox, if applicable. We will also notify the telephone
company, power companies, and any other similar agency,
