Approximately 3950 sq. ft. This occupancy is classified by NFPA 10 Standard for Portable Fire Extingushers 2002 edition as an Extra (High) Hazard occupancy. Provide fire extinguishers with a minimum rating of 4-A:40-B:C every 30 feet of travel distance or 4-A:80-B:C every 50 feet of travel distance. The top of the extinguisher(s) shall be between 3 and 5 feet above finished floor (2004 Springfield Fire Code 906). Smoking is prohibited by the order of the Fire Chief.
