Thanks for looking out for me. Mobile Home Parks are generally one tax lot, so common private utilities are OK.

Andy,
Please find attached the Public Works comments for this application. There is one item that we need to verify
with Steve Graham where I had to make an assumption for now. I am not sure what the code and regulations are
regarding multiple dwelling units in a "Mobile Home Park" with respect to a single sanitary line serving multiple
units. If these are individual lots, the line would need to be public. In such a case, if there are multiple

sanitary. lines extended to each lot where each lot is independently served, then this could be private. Presently
the plans are showing this line as a private line and I am assuming this is allowed for mobile home parks. Steve
is out of the office so we will need to check with Steve when he returns. Let me know if you have any questions.
