The Transportation Division has reviewed the materials provided with the subject application.
The required findings and conditions outlined below are provided for your implementation into
the land use decision.
General
Finding: Approval of these proposals would allow Castlerock Auto to sell and repair
automobiles and construct a new storage building. The entire development site is located at 1415
Mississippi Avenue in Glenwood on Tax Lot 09300 of Map 17-03-34-43.
Transnortation Svstem Imnacts
Finding: There are no transportation system impacts.
